| 2007-06-25 02:09 | WA: The 2004 Secastilla is considerably more serious than the Miranda. This classified-growth Bordeaux impersonator is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged for 18 months in French oak. Opaque purple-colored, it has a beautiful nose of pain grille, lead pencil, black currant, and blueberry. This is followed by a medium to full-bodied, dense wine with layers of flavor. With enough structure to evolve for several years, this classy wine should drink well through 2015. |
