| 2008-11-24 21:21 | IWC: By Stephen Tanzer Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, November/December 2007, Issue #135 (Paitin di Pasquero Elia Barbaresco Sori Paitin) (bottled in the spring of 2007) Good pure but subdued aromas of dark cherry, strawberry, licorice, flowers and minerals. Juicy and tightly wound; very closed today and hard to assess. But this is obviously dense and sweet, and finishes with broad tannins and a juicy quality. Am I underrating this? 91(+?)? points |
