WS: Both creamy and piquant, this is concentrated, displaying red berry, sweet corn, lemon custard and mineral flavors. It's seamless and ethereal yet has intensity and length. Best from 2008 through 2025. |

IWC: Medium red. Pungent, minerally aromas of raspberry and strawberry, with some exotic high tones and a liqueur-like quality. Densely packed, lush and sweet, with a velvety opulence to the flavors of cherry and raspberry liqueur. But juicy acids give shape to the wine, and dusty, fine tannins and a saline element buffer its sweetness on the back end. From an organically farmed vineyard planted on shale, and reportedly from a yield of just 11 hectoliters per hectare. |
