| 2008-06-11 14:03 | WS: A broad wine, with lots of coffee, toast and vanilla leading the way for a core of black cherry and currant fruit. The long, supple finish is driven by the toast, but this has good purity underneath, with hints of mineral and lavender peeking out. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Mourvèdre, Shiraz and Barbera. Drink now through 2009. 750 cases made. –JM |
