| 2007-07-26 00:52 | IWC: By Stephen Tanzer Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, Sep/Oct 06 ($69; bottled in January of this year) Bright yellow. Peach and spices on the nose. Piquant and dry on the palate, with a saline nuance to the peach and stone flavors. Much more brisk and classic than the estate's rather blurry Meursault Santenots, which came from four-year-old vines. There's a glyceral quality to this wine but without any loss of verve. 88 points |
