WA: The limited edition sweet dessert wine, the Ca Togni, made from the very rare Black Muscat, is one of the great olfactory treats in California. The aromas could fill a relatively large room, with a luxurious display of figs, raisins, incense, perfume, and black fruits. This full-bodied, moderately sweet wine is something to cherish and linger over at the end of a meal. He only produces 50 or so cases and bottles it all in half-bottles.
