WA: The 2004 Les Pensees de Lafleur, made from the estate’s youngest vines, offers sweet, forward cherry fruit in an open-knit style. It represents about one-third of the production, and should drink well for 10-15 years. |

Deep red-ruby. Fresh but distinctly wild aromas of meat, leather and pepper; very Lafleur. Sweet and lush but with solid underlying structure and firm framing acidity. Complex flavors of game, tobacco, flowers, herbs and underbrush. Finishes with firm tannins and very good length. 87-89 points |
