Finns inga recensioner av blanc de blancs annat än för Fleur de Passion. Tanzer graderar FdP 1999 92p och för årgång 2002 ansågs den vara värd 95p mot den ordinarie på 92p.
Kommentar från Tanzer för 2002: Silver-straw color with a powerful bead. Chalky, mineral-driven pink grapefruit, lime, quince, passion fruit and fresh cream on the nose, with a dusty, salty topnote. Almost painfully backward and tightly wound, with sharply focused citrus, pear and quince flavors underscored by a subtle, meaty quality reminiscent of great Chablis. Picks up a light, nutty tone on the finish. But this is all about nervy, youthful citrus and orchard fruits right now and needs some time in the cellar. |
