(Brundlmayer Riesling Beerenauslese Zobinger Heiligenstein) (8.5% alcohol) Brilliant golden yellow with green highlights. Intense apricot aroma complemented by soft smoky spices, dried prune and orange zest. Complex and well balanced, with nicely integrated sweetness and subtle traces of stewed plum and mandarin orange. Very long on the aftertaste. Already offers great drinking pleasure, but this is built for long aging. Drink from 2010 through 2025. 93 points |
